Clutch Bag Gift Box Tutorial, Using Flowering Flourishes by Stampin' Up

Clutch Bag Gift Box Tutorial, Using Flowering Flourishes by Stampin' Up

I have had a few lovely ladies join my Stampin' Up team recently and I wanted to send out a little gift to them all along with some SU goodies to thank them for choosing me and my team.

Of course, I had to make some lovely packaging and this is what I came up with and as you will probably be able to tell in the video, I was quite proud of this box.

There isn't much better as a crafter than when you make something that works out just perfectly, or at least I think so.

I just think it looks so pretty and elegant. My husband also pointed out that it looks like a clutch bag. That wasn't be intention but I do think he is right! What do you think?

I also love the colour combinations. The Real Red looks so bright and bold, and possibly a bit 80's? Night of Navy and Silver remain two of my favourite colour combos - my wedding colours no less.

Here is the video - hope you enjoy it and if you do give it a go, please let me know how you get on.

Today is the last day of the SU recruiting offer where you can pick any two stamp sets for free in addition to the fantastic £135 worth of product you can select in your started kit for only £99. 2. You are not the only person who loves the sound of the scissors!! I do, too. When I was a little girl there was a show on American television called Romper Room and I used to LOVE it when the teacher on the show cut construction paper. I still remember it! Now, that's crazy. ...Love your projects and videos!

  5. Hi Caroline, I really like the style and colors. You are absolutely right! What a classic looking box! Would you give me the dimensions again? The wrap card says 9 1/2 in the video; the written instructions here say 11 3/4. Thank you.
