Canadian Send Off, Gift Box and Card using Leaflets by Stampin' Up
One of the lovely teachers at my daughter's nursery is moving back to Canada this month as her Visa is expiring. We are all going to miss her and I wanted to get her a little gift to say, good bye and good luck as well as thank for being so great with Eva.
I was concious though that as she was moving back, her luggage space might be a bit stretched so we settled on a small coin purse, decorated with a Union Jack to remind her of her time here.
The shop wrapped it very nicely in some tissue paper but I also realised it would fit perfectly in the no-cut box I shared a little while ago. You can view that project HERE.
Rather than use magnets to close box, I made a white belly band decorated with a red maple leaf cut out using the Leaflets Framelits to make a mini Canadian Flag.
And of course I had to make a matching card to go with it. The letters are also die cut using the Little Letter Framelits.
They were really well recieved - Good Luck Leanne on your move back home x x
