Hexagonal Lidded Gift Box - Video Tutorial using Garden in Bloom by Stampin' Up

Hexagonal Lidded Gift Box - Video Tutorial using Garden in Bloom by Stampin' Up

I love sharing the benefits of being a Stampin' Up demonstrator  and I am always especially thrilled when somebody decides to join my team as a demonstrator.

One of my lovely team members, Rachael, recently hit a promotion mile stone so of course a little gift was in order to celebrate.

Rachael is a really talented crafter and she shares a lot of her creations on YouTube too. Head over and check out her channel HERE.

Once I had decided to send a selection of ribbons, I set about designing a special box to hold them and this hexagonal box fitted them all perfectly.

The weather was absolutely perfect when I was making this box which inspired me to dig out the beautiful Garden in Bloom stamp set. It just says summer to me.

Of course, I have a video tutorial if you'd like to see the box in a bit more detail and of course, make your own version.

Click HERE to view the video.

If you would like to order any Stampin' Up products click HERE and head over to my online store or get in touch directly, it would be my pleasure and honour to help.

If you would like to learn more about the benefits of being a Stampin' Up demonstrator click HERE, I would love to have you join my team.

  2. Your lid should score at 1 1/8, not 4 1/8. Thanks for sharing this!

  5. Ok, so I'm confused. Made it twice after thinking I did it wrong the first time. My lid fits very snug on both boxes. When I looked at and analyzed the scoring measurements I see that there is one side of the box that measures 1 6/8 instead of 1 7/8. Is this correct? Are the measurements above accurate? If not, what are the accurate scoring marks and is there a way to make the lid looser?
