Wow - The last few weeks have really flown by haven't they. I can't believe this is my last week as part of the Pootler's design team.
Each Thursday in June we have been sharing projects using the Balloon Builder stamp set.
All of my previous projects have focused on the 'balloon' aspect of this punch so I though for the last project I would try to think outside the box and focus on the 'builder' aspect.
I am pretty pleased I did as I really like the outcome.
I've focused on three purples here, Wisteria Wonder, Perfect Plum and Elegant Eggplant.
The stalk and leaves are Old Olive with a pop of Daffodil Delight for the centre of the flower- picked out again in the mat on the card base.
There is a lot of layering and dimension involved in this card. The larger two layers of petals are punched out using the matching balloon punch and layered up. The centre of the flower is stamped and then punched out with the 1/2 inch circle punch.
I really hope you like this project and have enjoyed the others I have shared over the last few weeks.
