Woven Easter Basket- Video Tutorial with Stampin' Up Basket Bunch

Woven Easter Basket- Video Tutorial with Stampin' Up Basket Bunch

Firstly, just a little reminder that Sale-a-Bration 2017 ends tonight.

You need to order or join before 11pm tonight to take advantage of these amazing offers.

Stampin' Up work on European time so the wonderful promotion ends at 11pm - don't be late and miss out!

Click HERE to visit my online store.

Secondly, thank you for all the wonderful birthday wishes yesterday, I had  really lovely day.

Ok - now we can talk about today's project - a really decent sized, woven Easter basket.

Well I say Easter, you could use it for so many other things all year round too.

It is relatively simple to make if a little time consuming but I think the end result is pretty stunning and so effective.

As I said, it is a really decent size - look how it is just over flowing with little eggs - it might not be quite so over flowing now though!

Love those little chicks, those and the sentiments come from the brilliant Basket Bunch stamp set - a great set for Easter but also one which will work well all year round. It also has some matching dies so you can cut those little cuties out easily.

Click HERE to view my tutorial but I warn you, it is a little longer than normal and has a few blooper - but you like those best - right?

If you would like to order any Stampin' Up products click HERE and head over to my online store or get in touch directly, it would be my pleasure and honour to help.

Firstly, I need to say a really big Thank You to everybody who has participated - I have been completely overwhelmed and have recieved over 100 cards from all over the world.

So many of you send cards for the swap and cards for my birthday - I have honestly never had this many cards before in my life and I have recieved some lovely gifts too.

I honestly can not say how incredibly touched I have been. I am so grateful to everybody that has participated.

As tomorrow is the last day of Sale-A-Bration for 2017 (yes already!) I thought I would showcase some of the cards I recieved that used Sale-A-Bration goodies.

Folded Treat Pouch - Video Tutorial using Cupcakes and Carousels DSP from Stampin' Up

Folded Treat Pouch - Video Tutorial using Cupcakes and Carousels DSP from Stampin' Up

Firstly just a quick reminder that Sale-a-Bration ends in just a week.

Today's project is these cute little treat pouches that I made for an early birthday party I had last weekend.

Each one held a little After Eight mint. They were lovely little table favours and were very much inspired by a project one of my team members, Jill Chapman, shared before Christmas.

I changed the DSP, Cupcakes and Carousels in this case and the decoration but the idea is from Jill.

Check out her original project HERE.

And my video version HERE.

So in Love - Classic Card Idea with Stampin' Up Products

So in Love - Classic Card Idea with Stampin' Up Products

Just a quick post to share with you this simple card I made using just one stamp, this flower image from So in Love is just beautiful isn't it.

I've stamped my own background using Sweet Sugar Plum ink on Sweet Sugar Plum paper card stock - effective isn't it.

I then picked out the lovely flower image and stamped it again on Very Vanilla card stock to give a focal point.

A slash of Very Vanilla Ribbon and a few pearls and you have a very stylish and very easy card.

Congratulations with Delicate Details - Card Inspiration

Congratulations with Delicate Details - Card Inspiration

I had to treble check that I hadn't already shared this card with you all before. I made it quite a while ago to send to one of my wonderful team members who has recently reached Qualified Recruit Status - this is the first mile stone a new demo makes in their Stampin' Up career and I like to celebrate it with a hand made card and a little matching gift.

This card winged it's way to the lovely Sue a few months ago but I found the pictures a few days ago.

The card makes use of the gorgeous Delicate Details stamp set to give that gorgeous lace border - isn't it so pretty and so effective.

If you like this set - remember you can get it for FREE!!! but it is only available until 31st March.

Select it for free with an order over £45 until the end of Sale-a-bration.

The greeting comes from the lovely Vertical Greetings stamp set.

As well as the card I also decorated a glassine gift bag with a matching tag, love how they coordinate and the bags make a small gift so much more.

The pictures could be better but my colours are Perfect Plum and Pear Pizzazz.

Heat Embossed Fruit Stand Gift Box - Video Tutorial with Stampin' Up Products

Heat Embossed Fruit Stand Gift Box - Video Tutorial with Stampin' Up Products

I thought I would try something different for today's project.

The technique of embossing the edges the flowers is one I used on a greetings card a little while ago. I really like the effect and so I thought I would give it a go on the belly band for this box.

I love the bright colours, the weather is certainly improving here now and it feels like spring is here which had me reaching for summery colours.

I'll be honest - in the video I do the embossing too quickly and the ink for the flowers isn't quite dry yet - so the effect isn't as neat as I would like - but you hopefully get the idea.

If you would like to see how this is made click here for my video tutorial.

Custom Tee Gift Box - Video Tutorial with Stampin' Up Products

Custom Tee Gift Box - Video Tutorial with Stampin' Up Products

Two of my Stampin' Up team members recently promoted - fantastic achievements and certainly worth celebrating.

They both got to choose a stamp set from me but I like to send a little surprise as well as a handmade card.

These are the little boxes I came up with to send to them both. I popped in a little pack of embelishments but you coud fit a lot of things inside them.

I decorated them using the fantastic Custom Tee bundle - a great set which allows you to custom build tee-shirts and shirts and then easily cut them out with the matching framelits. This is a really versatile bundle as it works for both male and female cards and gifts. It is also just a really great sentiments set too.

The Happy Stamper sentiment is perfect in this case don't you think?

Petit Cafe Gift Bag from Stampin' Up, decorated with Falling in Love DSP

Petit Cafe Gift Bag from Stampin' Up, decorated with Falling in Love DSP

As longer term followers will know, every month I thank my customers by sending them all a little pack of Stampin' Up goodies. I always like to make some handmade packaging to go with the gifts.

Well last month was a pretty busy one for me as I was on holiday for quite a bit of it - so I needed a quick solution for my gift packaging.

Of course Stampin' Up had the perfect solution.

The Petit Cafe gift bags are a really good size and don't they look fantastic when decorated?

I am always going to have a pack in the drawer in future.

I decorated the bags using the gorgeous Falling in Love DSP - I know a lot of you really love this paper too.

If you would like a closer look at what each of my customers recieved, click HERE to see my video.

And if you would like to get a similar pack through the post next week. Just click here to shop Stampin' Up with me via my on-line store.
