Buy 9 colour duos - and I will send you the colour lifter and a memento ink pad free

SimplyStylishSundays - Lovely Painted Harvest

You probably know that Painted Harvest is one of my favourite sets in the current Autumn Winter Catalogue.  I was therefore absolutely delighted to receive this gorgeous card from Nancy, one of the SimplyStylishStampers, recently.

Isn't it beautiful.

This is a colour combo I would never have thought of in a million years but how stunning is it and how clever of Nancy.

You can see more of her work over on her blog HERE

I received the card rather later than she hoped though - I found it a few days ago in a pile of post on my husband's desk where it had been sitting for a few weeks!

I wasn't snooping I promise! I was trying to find some name stickers for the children's clothes.

Good job I did though!

Quilted Christmas - Customer Thank You Cards

I was writing out Thank You cards to everybody that has shopped with me so far this month last night when I realised I hadn't shared the cards I made last month with you all.

These went down very well with everybody enjoying seeing this gorgeous set up close.

It really isn't just for Christmas.

SimplyStylishSundays - Slide Back Saturdays with Caramel and Cream

I hope you are enjoying SimplyStylishSundays and meeting some of my team.

Today I want to introduce you to Rachael, a lovely lady who was one of the first SimplyStylishStampers and actually came up with our team name.

Rachael, has a fabulous blog, Caramel and Cream, and a great YouTube channel, click HERE to check her out.

I really love her regular series, Slide Back Saturdays.

Don't we all have a collection of older stamps, dsp etc. that we rarely use?

Well Rachael's series is all about inspiring you to dig them out, mixing gorgeous new product with some old favourites.

Her posts are like a walk down memory lane.

This was a card she shared yesterday - I love this little moose so much and the Warmth and Cheer dsp was one of my favourite ever - you can still pick this paper up in the clearance rack at a bargain price right now!

I also love these cards from a few weeks ago. Cookie Cutter Christmas was such a fabulous suite of product, the gorgeous DSP may be retired but the fabulous stamp set and punch are still available - seeing it used again here has certainly inspired me to pull it out again.

And finally I just had to share this card - just because I love it so much.

I hope you have enjoyed Rachael's gorgeous creations. Do head over and check out her blog - there is a lot more to see.

Card Gift set with envelope punch board box and Labels to Love from Stampin' Up

Apologies I have been quiet this week.

Two poorly children hasn't left much time for any thing else.

Everybody is back and fighting fit again (long may it continue) so I am back with this lovely project.

I do love card gift sets and I am really pleased with how this one turned out - It look so pretty yet, as most of my projects are, it is so simple to make.

The cards in this set are all 3 by 3 inches and they are decorated with gorgeous Labels to Love.

I nearly didn't buy this set but I am now so pleased that I did.

It works so well with the Everyday Label punch.

The Winter Wonder embossing folder gives a lovely bit of extra interest to the card.

The cute little gift box is made using the Envelope Punch Board. It is a while since I have made this style of box and had forgotten just how easy it is to do.

It is a great box - of course you can use it for so many other things too, it would work particularly well for jewellery.

If you would like to see just how easy it is to make by watching my YouTube video HERE

SimplyStylishSundays - Gorgeous Advent Calendars from Katrina.

SimplyStylishSundays are all about my wonderful team, the SimplyStylishStampers.

Today, the lovely Katrina King is guest blogging.

You can visit Katrina's blog HERE.

I am so thrilled to have been asked to be CraftyCaroline's first guest blogger. What a wonderful opportunity and one I wasn't about to turn down!! What a fantastic Team Leader.

I haven't blogged in a few weeks as I have been really busy with a new adventure of being an adult Army Cadet Instructor. My hats off to all those that have gone through this process, although I am enjoying it, my brain has not worked so hard in years HAHA!!

I have still been running my regular craft groups on Thursdays and Saturdays as my love of crafts still come first. There is nothing like crafting to lift your spirits.

Today's project is an Advent Calendar we have been making at my Saturday classes, they take a fair few hours but on Saturdays we make more advance projects - it is all worth it and everybody was delighted with the result.

My classes on a Thursday are more relaxed - we make a card together while enjoying a chat and a cuppa. My classes are held in Holbeach in Lincolnshire. If you're local, I would love for you to join us.

These advent calenders showcase our wonderful Designer Series Paper that is available this year.

One of these has been made as a gift for my grandchildren as it perfect to put a couple of chocolates in. One is for my growing teenage boys that still like a chocolate treat daily - who doesn't! The last one will be a gift as I know I will have some friends request one for their children.

Let me know which is your favourite.

I will be doing a tutorial on my blog very shortly on how these are made so do keep an eye out for that.

If you would like any more information or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Autumnal Triangular Gift Box - Video Tutorial with Colourful Seasons by Stampin' Up

I think it is safe to say Autumn has certainly arrived and if the last few weeks are anything to go by, it is going to be a wet one.

Today's box certainly has an autumnal theme.

I have used the lovely Colorful Seasons bundle to create these cute triangular gift boxes - I love the sloping inward sides.

I used the smaller leaf from the Colorful Seasons stamp set to stamp all over the card stock to create some beautiful patterned paper. I used Crushed Curry and Calypso Coral.

I used the coordinating die to cut out that gorgeous leaf to decorate the belly band. You can't see well in the photo but it is subtly sparkly with a lovely layer of Wink of Stella. You can see it much better in my video.

Talking of videos, click HERE to watch it.

Congratulations with Quilted Christmas - Really?

We have a creative challenge in my team each month.

This month we are coming up with non-Christmas ideas using Christmas products.

I was inspired to make this card using the Quilt Builder Framelits to create this congratulations card for one of my team that recently promoted.

That gorgeous die cut does all of the hard work in creating a stunning central feature for the card.

The sentiment comes from Beautiful Bouquet, I have cut it out using the Stitched Shape Framelit - how did I survive before these beauties?

The oval is then layered up on the Everyday Label punch shape. It fits really well.
