Lift Me Up Beach Bag Style Gift Bag - Video Tutorial with Stampin' Up products

Lift Me Up Beach Bag Style Gift Bag - Video Tutorial with Stampin' Up products

I have seen this style of gift bag done a lot by other demonstrators but I wanted to make my own version - here it is, I hope you like it!

I wanted to go for a bright and cheery colour combination and by making the handles from ribbon, I think it has a good beach bag look to it - what do you think?

I'm also sticking to my New Year Resolution and am trying to use different colours than those I would normally - I picked out the Peek-a-boo Peach and Mint Macaron from the gorgeous DSP - which you can get FREE during Sale-a-bration!

I also love that flash of Watermelon Wonder inside the bag where you see the reverse of the DSP design.

Simple Greetings Cards using Floral Phrases from Stampin' Up

Simple Greetings Cards using Floral Phrases from Stampin' Up

Thank you all for your lovely comments on yesterday's project. I am really pleased that you liked it. If you missed my video on how to make this beautiful box, click HERE.

As promised, here are the four cards I made to go inside of the box - they are really quick and easy to make using the gorgeous Floral Phrases stamp set - it does all the hard work for you and you really don't need to add any extra embelishements.

The cards are made using the Stampin' Up Note Cards - these are so handy to have a pack of in the cupboard to make cards quickly.

I hope you like them.

Floral Thinlets Card Set Gift Box - Video Tutorial with Stampin' Up products.

Floral Thinlets Card Set Gift Box - Video Tutorial with Stampin' Up products.

Did you know that I started making boxes because I was making more cards than I could ever send and I wanted to create some gift boxes so I could give sets of cards away.

I've gone back to those roots today with this gorgeous gift box using the beautiful Floral Thinlets Die. It easily holds 4 cards - and probably a few more depending on how much you embellish them.

If you have followed me for a while, you will know that Smoky Slate and Night of Navy were my wedding colours and therefore will always have a special place in my heart.

I think they come together beautifully for this box.

I also made a set of 4 matching cards using the equally beautiful Floral Phrases - you can come back and see them tomorrow but for now, if you would like to see just how the box was made, click HERE.

Mini Tote Bag Gift Bag - Video Tutorial Using Special Reason from Stampin' Up

Mini Tote Bag Gift Bag - Video Tutorial Using Special Reason from Stampin' Up

I love the way projects can evolve while you're crafting - today's project started out as something completely different and while I was playing with the card stock, it evolved into these cute little tote bags which I instantly knew would be perfect to send out part of the thank you gift I sent to all of my customers who had shopped with me in January. Watch the video or click HERE to find out more about my monthly thank you gifts.

I have used the stamp set and dies from the Special Reason stamp set to decorate the bag. I started with some tone on tone stamping - I used a variety of colours as I was putting these together for my customers - these two use Pool Party and So Saffron and then cut a relief from the front of the bag - I love that these dies also do a relief, which I backed with Island Indigo and Early Espresso card stock respectively.

The ribbon for the handles is one I got free as a Sale-a-bration reward. This is a really gorgeous ribbon which the catalogue really doesn't do justice to - I know a lot of you agree having now seen it in person.

To see just how I made the box and which gifts my customers recieved click HERE to view the video.

If you would like to recieve a goody pack just like this in the post next month, just place an order for Stampin' Up products through my on-line store or contact me to place an order in person.

Remember you also earn Sale-A-Bration freebies for every £45 you spend.

Valentines Heart Treat Pouch with Sealed with Love by Stampin' Up

Valentines Heart Treat Pouch with Sealed with Love by Stampin' Up

Today's project is a very cute little treat pouch - ideal for Valentines Day or for as a very cute Wedding or Engagement Party favour.

I've kept the decoration very simple using three of the small hearts from the ever so versatile Sealed with Love stamp set. I think I have said it before but this is such an amazing value stamp set that I seem to keep reaching for at the moment.

I love the colour combination of Pool Party, Real Red and Tip Top Taupe, don't they look really fabulous together.

The pouch is so easy to make - if you would like to see exactly how I made it, click HERE to view my video.

Hidden Inside the Lines Gift Box - Video Tutorial with Stampin' Up products

Hidden Inside the Lines Gift Box - Video Tutorial with Stampin' Up products

Back today with another box using that gorgeous Inside the Lines DSP which you can get for FREE during Sale-a-bration.

This box was another design for one of my Stampin' Up team members who was celebrating her 2 year anniversary as a demo - hence the number 2 just peaking out of the lid of the box.

I love the effect of that hidden number emerging from the top of the box but blending into the pattern.

Large Numbers Card and Matching Gift Box using Between the Lines by Stampin' Up

Thank you for all the lovely messages about yesterday's box - I am glad you like and and I am glad you all seem to think Baby Brain remains a valid excuse!

Today I have a quick post to share the matching card I made to go out with the gift box. Simple but stunning - I love how the gorgeous DSP does all the hard work.

Thanks also to everybody that asked about Alex, I know a lot of you couldn't believe he was nearly 7 months old! Yes, he will be 7 months in just 3 days time.

He is a delightful, happy boy and while he isn't crawling yet, I don't think it will be long. Here he is just a few days ago.
